Yesterday’s sushi soirée at Nihon Restaurant, The Chedi Hotel El Gouna, was nothing short of culinary couture. The class turned sushi-making into a worthy affair — equal parts fun, flavorful and fabulously interactive. A tasteful journey where every bite told a story… and every chopstick was a brushstroke.
